Blogger's awesome wysiwyg editing features are fully supported in the latest versions of the most popular web browsers: Internet Explorer 6 and 7 on Windows, and Mozilla Firefox. Safari support is coming, eventually.
Blogger's Preview mode and HTML
formatting buttons work in some older browsers, but not in others. This

users use IE6/Windows; clearly the majority yet a lower percentage than

Mozilla Firefox; an up-and-comer, which we all use internally.

AOL users, as well as those unaccounted for here (e.g. Netscape, etc.), would be wise to use Mozilla Firefox in order to have the best possible experience using Blogger.
