What are my option in this life
of mine. Is there another place on this planet for me. Our world as we
know it is filled up with little niches that our society asks of us. Are
these the proper places for the life I live. So much of the world around
me asks us to fit in to our place in society. If we balk at their notion
they turn their backs and call us whatever they choose for the occasion.
Words like anti-social, anarchist, troublemaker, wild, loaner, hippie,
leftist, skinhead or whatever else fits the emotion and tag.
There is a place that we all occupy,
it is not to difficult to see in the reflection in the ripples of water.
We are alive and we are in the space we occupy. Is there a word to describe
the sense of knowing this space we occupy. Is there a common name for this
understanding. Can we just make up a name or have we throughout history
cataloged this feeling or description. Do we find the meaning distasteful
because so many of us just place this word on images of our planets imagination.
We could just sit still and wait
for the sun to warm our body and heart at the edge of a lake on a warm
spring day.
